Delivery & Returns

All parcels are sent using a tracked UPS service or Royal Mail 24/48 hr service. We aim to despatch parcels within 24 hours of ordering (weekdays only) and UPS collections and deliveries are weekdays only. Shipping times apply from the time of despatch, not the time of ordering.

UPS and Royal Mail delivery times apply to weekdays only. If you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us to discuss. Our email address is sales@justballet.co.uk.

Please note there are Royal Mail strikes planned throughout the year, so please check their website for likely delays as their strike dates are subject to change. There will be no business collections or deliveries on strike days.

Overseas Customers:

Please note there may be import duties and taxes payable by the customer on overseas purchases. The amount due is calculated by your home country and will be notified to you by UPS. These charges are not under our control.

Returns - All Customers:

All returns must be received within 14 days of ordering to qualify for a refund or exchange. Goods must be in an unworn, tags attached, original packaging where applicable and in a clean re-saleable condition. Items returned must be free of makeup, fake tan, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume. They must be in their original condition and not have been washed.

For the Christmas period we are extending our returns period. Items purchased from 23rd November 2023 can be returned until the 8th January 2024. All other return conditions remain unchanged.

Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service, so you will need to pay return postage for your item, using the postal service or courier of your choice. We urge you to ensure your item is insured as we cannot refund items that get lost in transit on their way back to us.

For reasons of hygiene, undergarments and tights cannot be returned unless they are faulty. For reasons of safety, pointe shoes cannot be returned unless they are faulty, so please ensure you know your exact size prior to ordering. We always recommend a pointe shoe fitting in store to ensure a perfect fit.

Please note, during the current worldwide pandemic, orders to some countries and UK areas are experiencing delays. Should you need your item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
