Striking royal blue pancake tutu suitable for age 10-13yrs approximately. 2 week hire only

The skirt is a 6 layer stiff pancake, with a top layer of embroidery and royal blue flowers. 

The velvet bodice has a slight stretch to it and adjustable shoulder straps for a flexible fit.

Complete with matching arm cuffs.
